Katerina Naoumidi

Katerina Naoumidi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Greece and Group HR Business Partner at Energean since July 2018. Prior roles include HR Manager at Loulis Mills S.A. and various positions at Minerva SA Edible Oils & Food Enterprises, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner, Learning & Development Manager, and HR Supervisor. Katerina began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Associate at Janssen-Cilag Pharmaceutical SACI and also worked as a Store Manager at TABOO. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey and a degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Social & Political Sciences.
