Ashley Morrow

Ashley Morrow is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at Energy Innovation Policy and Technology LLC since June 2024. Previously, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Consultant at People415, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing the employee lifecycle for multiple clients. Prior experience at ROI·DNA encompassed various leadership roles focusing on HR practices and culture, providing recruitment support, and managing employee programs. Ashley's career also includes administrative roles at Evident Change and Symantec, along with experience as an English teacher in Chile. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University.
