Tracy Jones

Tracy Jones, REBC, currently serves as Supervisor of Client Services at Energy Insurance Agency Inc. since August 2019. Previously, Tracy held the position of Department Manager for COBRA & Billing at McGregor & Associates, Inc. from October 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included recruiting clients, exceeding revenue goals, and establishing departmental policies. Tracy's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Staffing Manager at Brookdale from January 2013 to October 2014, performing comprehensive staffing functions and managing payroll for nursing staff. Earlier, Tracy was an Assistant Manager at Vail Resorts from September 2010 to January 2013. Tracy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Kentucky University, having also attended the University of Kentucky.
