Josh Young

Josh Young is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Energy Jobline, the largest global Energy Job Board, since January 2020. Prior to this role, Josh co-founded The Highfield Company and directed its Energy Division, delivering end-to-end recruitment services for energy projects. Additional experience includes consulting in the Oil & Gas industry at Hill McGlynn and serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Mansell Recruitment Group. Josh began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at Proteus Europe and has built a strong network and expertise across various energy markets.
