William A. Foster

William A. Foster, IV is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development, real estate, and market analysis. Currently serving as the Forest Markets Coordinator for the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department of New Mexico, William promotes forest product markets and carbon market usage. As the founder of the HBCU Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of HBCU Real Estate and KF HOLDINGS, William focuses on economic progress and investment opportunities in communities connected to historically black colleges and universities. Previous roles include Planner for the City of Albuquerque, Acquisitions Manager at America's Discount Home Deals, and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
