Martin Sharpe

Martin (Dan) Sharpe is an accomplished nuclear operations professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military roles. Currently serving as Operations Department Mentor at Energy Northwest since January 2013, Sharpe coaches a team of 120 personnel in nuclear power plant operations, emphasizing job planning, human performance, and error-free execution. Previous roles include Shift Technical Advisor, providing expert engineering guidance during operational and off-normal events, and various leadership positions in the United States Navy, where Sharpe oversaw regulatory oversight and training for nuclear operations and maintenance. A graduate of Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, Sharpe's career reflects a strong commitment to safety and excellence in nuclear operations.
