Lillian Ross

Lillian Ross is an experienced project manager specializing in energy efficiency and sustainable initiatives. Currently serving as Project Manager for Energy Solutions since January 2023, Lillian plays a key role in the TECH Clean California initiative, focusing on the adoption of clean heating technologies and overseeing program metrics and low to moderate income programs. Prior experience includes roles at the Center for Sustainable Energy, where Lillian coordinated operations for electric vehicle incentive programs, and served as a Processing Specialist. Previous managerial experience includes overseeing safety for a $180 million project at RMP SAFETY SERVICES LLC and co-leading the This Way to Sustainability Conference. Lillian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, and has further education from Zeppelin University.
