Ruslan Moroz

Ruslan Moroz is an experienced legal professional with a focus on the energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Counsel at Energy Transfer since January 2013, Ruslan provides primary in-house legal support for the company's interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines and storage facilities. Prior to this role, Ruslan worked at Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., first as Legal Counsel from November 2007 to December 2012, advising various departments including Procurement, Logistics, and Human Resources, and previously as a Law Clerk and Intern from June 2005 to November 2007. Ruslan's career began as a Sr. IT Analyst at Enbridge from December 2001 to June 2005, followed by a position as IT Specialist at Enron Networks, LLC from 1999 to 2001. Ruslan holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, completed between 2003 and 2007.
