Julia Burlini

Julia Burlini is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in remuneration, performance management, and human resource systems. Currently serving as Business Partner de RH - Especialista at Eneva since July 2022, Julia acts as a focal point for various HR subsystems and collaborates closely with business areas to implement HR policies. Previous roles include Specialist de Remuneração and Senior Analyst of Remuneração & Desempenho at Vale and Elera Renováveis, where Julia led salary analyses, budget controls, and the management of employee benefits. Julia began a career at Aggreko, progressing from HR Intern to Pleno Analyst, contributing to significant organizational restructuring and talent management initiatives. Julia holds an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec and in Human Resource Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, in addition to a degree in Pedagogy from UERJ.
