Ramon Souza Lobo

Ramon Souza Lobo is an accomplished engineering and maintenance manager with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Gerente de Engenharia e Manutenção at Eneva since February 2020, Ramon previously held positions at Gerdau from July 2012 to February 2020, including Coordinator and Manager of Maintenance, overseeing teams and managing operations related to steam distribution, boiler operations, and energy generation efficiency.
