Thayssa Grund

Thayssa Grund is a professional with extensive experience in project management and process analysis. Currently serving as PMO TI at Eneva since December 2022, Thayssa oversees the physical and budgetary management of the IT project portfolio, including the implementation of Jira Software, Confluence, and Eazy BI. Previously, at Bridge & Co. from July 2018 to December 2022, Thayssa held the role of Gerente de Projetos Pleno, managing the implementation program of electronic medical records across 16 hospitals, and also worked as a Consultor de Projetos focused on commercial intelligence in a large retail company. Thayssa began their career at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where roles included Analista de Processos and Estagiário, working with BPM methodologies to improve human resources and administrative processes. Thayssa possesses a postgraduate degree in Project Management and a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
