Victor Scalzitti

Victor Scalzitti is an experienced professional in operational planning, currently serving as an Analista de Planejamento Operacional at Eneva since August 2020. In this role, Victor is responsible for the operational planning of all ten thermoelectric plants within the company, focusing on automation solutions, data analysis, and supporting plant operations while managing relationships with the National Electric System Operator (ONS). Previously, Victor completed a two-year Trainee program that included a year in the engineering department at the Porto do Itaqui thermoelectric plant in São Luis, MA. Earlier experience includes a Production Intern position at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included executing continuous improvement projects in a production facility, and an engineering internship at IMAL Indústria Mecânica Agricola Ltda, where Victor focused on technical drawings and production manuals for agricultural machinery. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Federal de Goiás, earned between 2013 and 2018.
