Rolf Mueller is an experienced technical professional currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Enfabrica since May 2022. Prior to this, Rolf held the position of Technical Lead at Google from June 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing ChipDevOps related to infrastructure, methodology, compute, storage, tools, and licensing. Rolf's earlier roles include working as a Member of Technical Staff at D. E. Shaw Research, LLC, focused on the design and verification of ASICs simulating biological molecules, and as a Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, where Rolf designed and verified ASICs for high-speed routing applications. Rolf also contributed as an MTS at Growth Networks, verifying switch fabric ASICs, and managed a team verifying a complex processor interface chip at SGI. Rolf holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, completed in 1989, following education at Notre Dame High School from 1981 to 1984.
