Operations Team

The Operations Team at enfinium is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transformation of waste into energy across our facilities. The Energy Manager oversees the energy production processes to maximize efficiency, while the Management Administrator supports day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination. The Quality Manager ensures compliance with industry standards and continuous improvement of operational quality, and the Head of Procurement manages sourcing and purchasing of materials critical to our energy from waste operations. Together, they play a crucial role in supporting enfinium's mission to power homes and businesses sustainably.
