Rich Sullivan

Rich Sullivan is an experienced professional in real estate and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Coach at Clear and Present Strangers since November 2022, Rich also works as a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers Atlanta, where membership in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association is held. Prior broadcasting roles include being a Midday Talk Show Host at iHeartMedia from 2014 to 2020, a PM Drive Host at Entercom from 2005 to 2012, and a Producer at iHeartMedia from 1995 to 2005, with experience in sports reporting and event hosting.
