Pati Dumisani

Pati Dumisani, Pr. Eng, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a New Energy Business Developer & Distribution Engineer at Engen since November 2018, Pati is responsible for the electrical distribution network and the management of capital projects within Durban Refinery Operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst at Sasol, focusing on governance and project management for various capital projects, and as a Project Engineer at Enel Green Power, specializing in solar design. Pati's tenure at Sasol also encompassed leadership positions within electrical engineering departments, where significant contributions were made to project execution, technology management, and team development. Academically, Pati holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, Pati has experience in academia as a lecturer in Control Systems at Vaal University of Technology, emphasizing coaching and mentoring in electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
