Deus Ngerangera

Deus Ngerangera is a skilled professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation within the health and education sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Information Systems at EngenderHealth, Deus oversees the development and implementation of the organization's monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework.
