Elsa Moraes

Elsa Moraes is a seasoned Senior Architect currently working at Engexpor since May 2021, with a rich history in urban planning and architectural design spanning over three decades. Prior to Engexpor, Moraes operated as a Freelancer, executing various projects in Portugal, including interior remodelings and detailed projects for notable banks and supermarkets in collaboration with established firms. Earlier experience includes a role as Urban Development Manager at SMEC Internacional PTY Lda, focusing on urban planning projects across Africa, and leading the Project and Licensing Support Department at Parque Expo 98. Educational credentials include an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, obtained from 1990 to 1996.
