Paola Navas

Paola Navas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operational excellence, and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Integration and Facility Management Leader at Engie Chile since April 2021, Navas focuses on simplifying organizational structures and enhancing internal customer satisfaction through effective service agreements. Navas has held significant roles at Engie Latinoamérica, including Business Developer and Operational Excellence Manager and HR Project Manager, where efforts included implementing Shared Services Centers and leading successful acquisition integration strategies.
