Mathieu Cornet

Mathieu Cornet serves as the H2 Architects Coordinator at ENGIE since May 2020, leading a global team to develop integrated value chains for decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors through hydrogen solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Architect - Hydrogen, Project Developer Wind, and Business Development Manager Renewables at ENGIE Electrabel, where Mathieu handled the development of renewable energy projects, including significant contracts in Mongolia and Senegal. From November 2008 to February 2018, Mathieu worked at Tractebel Engineering, providing technical consultancy for various renewable energy projects and driving business development in Southeast Asia. Early career at Electrabel involved managing a green commodities portfolio and various roles in portfolio management. Mathieu holds a Master in Electrical Engineering, Energy from Université libre de Bruxelles and participated in an international exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin.
