Jennifer Arenas

Jennifer Arenas is an accomplished talent strategy and operations professional with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Strategy and Operations at Engine since September 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations at DraftKings Inc. from May 2021 to August 2024. Prior to DraftKings, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President of Professional Staffing for the North Central Zone at Randstad USA, where the focus was on placing highly skilled professionals across various sectors. Jennifer's career began at Robert Half, where roles included Regional Vice President and multiple managerial positions. Jennifer also gained experience as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Towson University.
