Shievani Upadhyay

Shievani (Shiv) Upadhyay currently serves as a Tech Venture Fellow at Engine Ventures since October 2024. Previously, Shievani worked as a Supply Chain Intern at Commonwealth Fusion Systems from June to September 2024 and held the position of Climate-tech Investor at the International Finance Corporation from October 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included operations analysis for the South Asia Regional Director and investment analysis for disruptive technologies. As a co-founder and trustee of Enrich Lives Foundation, Shievani launched an initiative that provided essential support to over 50,000 families during the Covid-19 pandemic, successfully crowdfunded over $1 million, and led a volunteer network. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, a Technology Analyst at Vodafone, a Management Consultant at KPMG India, and a founding member of the startup SoundRex. Shievani is pursuing dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Science at Stanford University, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
