Glen Rabito

Glen Rabito has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University. He is currently the Director of Engineering and Operations for an early stage medical device Incubator, NXT Biomedical, located in Irvine, CA where their mission is to incubate unique, proprietary, and impactful medical device innovation in a cost and time efficient manner. His responsibilities include business strategy and creation of new medical device therapies, managing the project selection process, fundraising and general operations. Prior to joining NXT, he held a variety of leadership roles at Edwards Lifesciences and CardiAQ Valve Technologies developing new transcatheter valvular repair and replacement therapies.
