Danielle Lister

Danielle Lister is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Legal and Governance Director and Company Secretary at England Golf since November 2024. In this role, Danielle leads the Legal and Governance team, overseeing critical areas such as legal matters, data protection, anti-doping, safeguarding, disciplinary appeals, and compliance with governance standards. Prior to England Golf, Danielle was a Partner at Shakespeare Martineau, recognized as a Leading Partner in Employment Law by the Legal 500. Danielle's extensive background includes serving as In-House Legal Counsel for Sofina Foods Europe, Partner and Head of Employment Law at Chattertons Solicitors, and Associate Solicitor at Langleys Solicitors LLP. Danielle holds an LLB in Law from the University of Lincoln and has completed further education at Nottingham Trent University.
