The IT and Technology team at EBM ensures the seamless operation and optimization of the company's technological infrastructure. The team is responsible for managing IT operations, leading SAP projects to streamline business systems, and overseeing strategic technology initiatives that support EBM's mission of quality and innovation. Key roles include the Manager of IT Operations, who maintains system functionality, the Senior Manager IT Business Systems Architect/SAP Project Manager, who drives enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, and the CIO/GM IT, who sets technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
