Tiba Aynechi

Tiba Aynechi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Engrail Therapeutics, Ray Therapeutics, Inc., MBX Biosciences, Rezo Therapeutics, Spruce Biosciences, and Avalyn Pharmaceuticals, Tiba Aynechi also holds the position of General Partner at Norwest Venture Partners since December 2021. Previous roles include Senior Partner at Novo Ventures and a member of the Board of Directors for Nkarta Therapeutics, Inc., and Aristea Therapeutics. Tiba Aynechi earned a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC Irvine.
