Allen W. Johnson

Allen W. Johnson, MBA, OTR/L, RAC-CT, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Resources and Education at Enhance Therapies since June 2024. Prior to this role, Johnson held the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at Renewal Rehab from August 2021 to June 2024, and was the Director of Clinical Development at Concept Rehab, Inc. from December 2015 to August 2021. Johnson began a career in clinical performance at RehabCare as a Clinical Performance Specialist from November 2010 to December 2015. Johnson's early career included service as a Captain and Occupational Therapist in the US Army from February 1999 to September 2009, with active duty in Iraq from December 2003 to March 2005. Allen W. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University (1987-1992) and a Master of Business Administration from Cleary University (2008-2010).
