Karen Peña

Karen Peña is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Enhanced Compliance Inc. since April 2022, Peña is also the Founder of Entheas LLC and works as an Associate Consultant and Lead Compliance Auditor for SGS. Previous roles include Production Engineering Consultant at Noramtec Consultants Inc., Co-Founder and COO of The GMP Collective, and Associate Consultant at Plant Consulting Group, LLC. Peña's expertise encompasses quality management systems, compliance auditing, process development, and training cross-functional teams, with a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and engineering. Peña holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
