Nima Shahian

Nima Shahian serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Numeta Capital, a private equity and growth capital firm specializing in software investments ranging from $10-75 million. In addition to this role, Nima holds the position of Executive Chair at Enhatch, an AI surgical planning software company, and serves on the Board of Directors for multiple firms including Certemy, a compliance management software provider, and Jifflenow, a B2B meetings automation platform recently acquired by Cvent. Nima is also an investor in Clarifai, a full stack AI developer platform. Prior experience includes a role as a Private Equity Investor at Arrowroot Capital Management and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard. Nima holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and further education from the USC Marshall School of Business.
