Antonella Caruso

Antonella Caruso is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of Workload Management & Infrastructure Cost Efficiency and the Head of Management & Development Human Resources at Eni since October 2021. Prior to this role, Antonella was the Head of Education & Training at Eni Corporate University from March 2016 to September 2021, overseeing training processes for Eni employees globally. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resource Development, Training, and Internal Communication for eni midstream and eni trading & shipping, as well as Vice President of Human Resource Development for Eni Upstream. Antonella began their career in human resources at Allianz Subalpina and Snam, building a solid foundation in personnel management and development. Antonella holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan, obtained from 1985 to 1991.
