Vassiliki Gogou

Vassiliki Gogou is a cybersecurity expert currently serving in the Certification and Standardization Unit at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since January 2021, focusing on 5G Cybersecurity Certification and the EU Cybersecurity Index. Prior experience includes co-chairing the BEREC ad hoc 5G Cybersecurity Working Group and holding leadership roles at the Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy (EETT) from October 2002 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing a division of about 35 staff and overseeing various telecommunications initiatives. Vassiliki Gogou has also worked as an Information Security Analyst at VODAFONE/Panafon and held engineering roles in software development related to health and security systems. Educational credentials include a PhD from Ethniko Metsovio Polytechnico and an MSc from Imperial College London.
