Sharon A. Ritchey

Sharon has over 20 years of experience in executive management, focusing on P&L growth, Operations, Data & Analytics, Digital, Technology, and Customer Experience. She has held leadership positions at Citibank, GE Capital, The Hartford, and AXA US and serves on the Board of Directors for private and not-for-profit organizations.

She holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University. In 2008, she earned a second MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sharon was a client of Enlighten’s. Understanding the power of the solution, she became an advocate. She subsequently became an Advisory Board member, and most recently joined Enlighten as Chief Strategy Officer. Working with Tony and the Enlighten team, she is leading projects to enhance an already robust implementation model.
