Barbara Munroe

Barbara Munroe is an accomplished legal and corporate affairs professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Board Chair at Veren and as a Director for ENMAX and Vice Chair for the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Barbara has held significant positions including Member of the Board of Directors at Crescent Point Energy and Executive Vice President, Corporate Services & General Counsel at WestJet. With a strong background in law and corporate governance, Barbara's previous roles include Assistant General Counsel at Imperial Oil and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at SMART Technologies. Barbara holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from the University of Calgary, along with the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
