Bhoomika Sharma

Bhoomika Sharma currently serves as the Assistant Manager in the Digital Business Unit at Enphase Energy since May 2021. Prior experience includes a BOLD Internship at Amazon in April 2020 and a position as a Mechanical Engineer at Jaideep Ispat & Alloys Pvt Limited from July 2017 to March 2019, where Bhoomika initiated and executed the Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance Department, managed a team of 25 blue-collar workers, and led training workshops for over 100 workers on methodologies such as 5S and KAIZEN. Bhoomika holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science.
