Roy Malatesta

Roy Malatesta, SPHR, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Enphase Energy since December 2022, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries. Previously, Roy held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Western Digital, providing support to the Technology & Strategy organization and managing various HR functions. As a Human Resources Consultant at PavingHR, Roy advised on compensation and benefits, while at Samsung Electronics, Roy led HR strategies including compensation and training development. Earlier positions include Director of Human Resources at Broadcom, Senior HR Business Partner Manager at Cypress Semiconductor, HR Manager at Network Appliance, and HR Manager at Oracle Corporation where significant growth was achieved. Roy holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from San Francisco State University and completed a program at Stanford University.
