Paul Dombek

Paul Dombek is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as AVP of Talent Acquisition at Ensemble Health Partners since February 2022, where oversight of a high-performing team aligns with business strategy and supports hyper-growth objectives. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. from 2003 to February 2022, leading the TA Operations “Center of Excellence” for multiple brands. Paul also served as Manager of Recruiting, supervising a team focused on corporate and leadership positions. Earlier career experiences include roles as Staffing Manager at Quantum Consulting Corporation and Sr. Recruiter at CIBER Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing the recruiting and hiring cycle. Paul Dombek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Marist College.
