Taryn Manis

Taryn Manis is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Ensemble Health Partners since December 2019, Taryn previously held the position of Director of Instructional Design. Taryn's background also includes leadership roles in training and operations at Luxottica, where Taryn directed store operations brand training for LensCrafters, and at Macy's, where Taryn led multimedia production for training initiatives and managed learning and development projects. Earlier experiences include instructional design at Fifth Third Bank and corporate relations at the Institute for Professional Development. Taryn holds multiple relevant certifications and has pursued advanced education in organizational design and performance consulting from prestigious institutions, including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Cornell University.
