Josanthia Lawrence

Josanthia Lawrence is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in leadership and care coordination. Currently serving as the MDS Coordinator Cluster Lead at Ensign Services since March 2021, Josanthia has previously held significant roles such as Assistant Director of Nursing at Park Manor of Tomball and Unit Manager at Park Manor the Woodlands. With experience as an LPN at Staffing Partners, The Villa at Bradley Estates, and The Bridges of Milwaukee, which included responsibilities as a Wound Nurse, Josanthia has developed comprehensive skills in nursing and patient management. Josanthia holds a degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Gateway Technical College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
