Kathey Fawn is an experienced physical therapist with a comprehensive background in various management and clinical roles across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Physical Therapist and Therapy Resource at Ensign Services since March 2019, Kathey has previously held significant positions at Encompass Health as a Physical Therapist and Case Manager, and at Neurosurgery and Spine Consultants. Kathey's career also includes leadership roles as Regional Rehab Director at Senior Rehab Solutions and Area Director of Operations at Kindred Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple facilities in Texas. Kathey earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
