Krystal Thurman

Krystal Thurman, EdD, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Program Manager for Diversity & Workforce Strategies at Entergy since May 2022. Krystal is actively involved as a Board Member for the Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation and the Mississippi Autism Board. Previously, Krystal held several positions at the Mississippi Community College Board, culminating as the Director of Professional Development & Special Projects. Academic experience includes instructional roles at Arkansas State University, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and Lapland University of Applied Sciences. Krystal's educational background encompasses a Doctorate in Education from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Arkansas State University, among other qualifications.
