Corban J. Williams is a Real Estate Development Associate at Enterprise Community Partners since November 2023. Previously, Corban worked as a Zoning Analyst and Planning and Development Standards Intern for Anderson County, S.C. Corban served as Lead Coordinator for America Reads*America Counts, overseeing a team of tutors focused on improving literacy among K5-5th graders. Corban completed a Dual Degree Master’s program in City and Regional Planning and Real Estate Development at Clemson University, maintaining a GPA of 3.78, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from the same institution. Additional experience includes internships at Pennrose, Turner Construction Company, Construction Dynamics, Inc., and Clayco, contributing to project engineering, development efforts, and construction management.
