Kelly Anderson is an experienced executive search and leadership advisory consultant, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Enterprise for Youth since December 2023. In this role, Kelly contributes to empowering under-resourced youth through transformative internships and career guidance. With a career spanning over a decade at Spencer Stuart, specializing in executive searches for Chief Human Resources Officers and Chief Diversity Officers, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in building HR leadership teams. Previous experience includes a role as Executive Search Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on the Consumer Digital Sector, and various recruiting positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities included director-level searches and managing recruitment teams. Kelly's foundational knowledge stems from a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University, complemented by leadership experience in managing HR executive search practices at Frederickson Partners.
