Grant Gary

Grant Gary has extensive experience in technology management and client services, currently serving as the Client Technical Account Manager at Enterprise Technology Services since February 2006. In this role, Grant reviews and recommends operational best practices to enhance profitability and client satisfaction. Previously, Grant held several positions at Enterprise Technology Services, including Technical Account Manager and Professional Services Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing service delivery and managing vendor relationships. Prior to this, Grant was the Director of Information Technology at Cold Stone Creamery, managing the IT department for approximately 250 associates, and the Director of Operations at IKON Office Solutions, overseeing a team responsible for a $40 million technology sales division. Early career experience includes a role as Technical Services Manager at MicroAge of Mesa. Grant earned a BSEET degree in Engineering from DeVry University.
