Peter Schrutka-Rechtenstamm

Peter Schrutka-Rechtenstamm is an experienced professional in regulatory and clinical affairs within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Entourage since May 2023, Peter provides advisory services across all phases of the medical device life cycle, assisting companies from start-ups to multinational enterprises with regulatory strategies and global approval planning. Prior to this role, Peter was the Senior Director of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG from November 2014 to August 2023, overseeing global regulatory operations. Peter has also held significant positions at GE Healthcare from July 2005 to October 2014, as Director of Regulatory Affairs focusing on ultrasound technologies, and at Adiam Life Science AG in various quality and regulatory roles. Peter's career began as Managing Director at Deutsche VTU-Engineering GmbH from September 1998 to January 2001. Peter holds a Dipl. Ing. in Verfahrenstechnik from RWTH Aachen University, obtained between 1991 and 1998.
