Jenny Favaro

Jenny Favaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent advisory services, currently serving as Senior Vice President at GQR since March 2018, focusing on CMC, Tech Ops, and Manufacturing talent acquisition. Favaro has held multiple leadership roles in recruitment, including Vice President and Associate Vice President within CMC, Manufacturing, and Tech Ops. Additional roles in talent acquisition have been undertaken at Entrada Therapeutics, Servier Pharmaceuticals, and Cabaletta Bio, among others. With a strong foundation in Manufacturing Operations, CMC, and related fields, Favaro brings expertise in Process Development, Analytical Development, and Tech Transfer. Jenny Favaro holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Carthage College, completed in 2013.
