Tracy Shaw

Tracy Shaw, MPA, currently serves as Chief Development Officer at Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tracy held several significant positions, including Executive Principal and Principal at Thread Strategies, where the focus was on enhancing fundraising efforts for small nonprofit organizations. Tracy's career also includes serving as Senior National Director of Community Engagement at the American Kidney Fund, National Director of Field Management at FARE, and Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, overseeing large-scale fundraising campaigns and managing teams effectively. Earlier experiences include roles in community development and outreach with the State of North Carolina and Montgomery County Partnership for Children Inc. Tracy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.
