Dori J. Brewer

Dori J. Brewer, CPM, CAPS, serves as the Principal and Co-Founder of Level 10 Property Group, LLC since January 2023, focusing on asset management, consulting, and performance coaching within the small to mid-size multifamily sector. With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, Dori's prior roles include positions such as Director of Asset Management at Bascom Northwest Ventures, LLC, and Regional Vice President at BH Management Services. Dori has also contributed to coaching and consulting at RITE On Coaching & Consulting and has held leadership roles at PSI Seminars and Bob Proctor Seminars. Dori's educational background includes a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and various certifications in property management through the National Apartment Association, in addition to real estate broker licenses in Arizona and Colorado. Dori currently participates on the City Advisory Board for Entryway.
