Marc Jansen

Marc Jansen is currently serving as the Global Total Rewards Manager at Envalior, where the focus is on innovative and sustainable engineering materials. Before this role, Marc was the Vice President of Talent and Rewards at Sibelco Group and took a career break prior to that. From February 2017 to May 2023, Marc held various senior HR positions at Nexperia, including VP Head of HR EAME & North America and Chief Human Resources Officer. Marc's previous experience also includes critical roles at IFF, where responsibilities included directing global compensation and benefits strategies, HR service delivery, and managing global benefit plans. Early in Marc's career, roles included Financial Advisor at Rabobank and Pension Fund Administrator at IFF. Educational qualifications include a Post Bachelor in Labor Law from Avans Plus and a Bachelor in Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
