Els K.

Els K. is an experienced management professional specializing in finance and accounting within the youth care and health sectors. Currently serving as Regio Controller Rijnmond/Rotterdam at Enver since January 2018, Els manages both entry-tier and second-tier youth care responsibilities following the merger of three organizations. A distinguished member of Toastmasters, Els held various leadership roles, achieving the title of Distinguished Toastmaster in May 2020. Previous positions include Adviseur Planning en Control at FlexusJeugdplein, Project Controller at HealthNet TPO, and Business Controller at Fundis, where significant contributions were made to financial reporting, strategic intervention, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, an Associate Member designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Teesside University, among others.
