Ron Warnier

Ron Warnier is a seasoned professional in elderly care, currently holding the position of Verpleegkundig specialist Ouderenzorg at Envida since January 2020. Additionally, Ron has been actively involved as a Crafbeer brouwer at Breuster Brouwers and as a PhD student at Maastricht University, focusing on frail elderly individuals in acute care. With over two decades of experience, Ron has contributed to the Geriatric Giants Limburg as Penningmeester, organizing annual conferences and Geriatrie Salons. Previous roles include azM Verpleegkundig specialist Ouderenzorg, where Ron served as a ketencoordinator and developed the TraZAG-instrument, along with extensive experience as a Clinical Nursing Specialist in Geriatrics at azM transmurale zorg. Ron also served as a coach for Practice Nurses in Elderlycare during tenure at Stichting ZIO Project [G]oud. Educational qualifications include a MANP from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and a BS from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
